That realization didn’t come overnight.
I had always been drawn to personal growth and alternative healing.
I tried everything—affirmations, Kinesiology, energy work.
Nothing created lasting change.
Then, in 2014, I discovered EFT Tapping.
I was skeptical—but desperate.
I had a pounding headache and tried it anyway… and it was gone in 10 minutes.
That single moment was the turning point.
Not just for my pain—but for everything.
I became obsessed with understanding why EFT Tapping worked so powerfully.
I studied constantly, flew across countries for trainings, and delved deeper into tapping to understand the psychological and emotional process behind it.
But more importantly—I started healing.
Bit by bit, I released the trauma I didn’t even know I was carrying.
The patterns I thought were just “who I am” began to unravel.
And for the first time in my life,
I felt calm. I felt free. I felt me.
Trained as an EFT Practitioner for psychological trauma and cPTSD, I became certified through EFT Universe in 2017.
Since then, I’ve worked with over 200 adults—people who’ve lived most of their lives in hyper-independence, high-functioning anxiety, emotional numbness, or a constant need to “keep it together.”
And what I’ve learned is this:
